I waited on the virtual waitlist for almost an hour and a half. When it was almost finally my turn, the estimated time showed 21 minutes, but two minutes later it jumped back to 47 minutes, even though the visit room appeared empty. At that point, I decided to leave. This was very disappointing. My dog needed emergency. What a waste of time.
Truly lucky to have this place close by. I love the doctors I have encountered here so much. All staff have been kind and friendly. The place itself is clean and welcoming and my animals feel very at ease when we do need to come in. They have saved us the last few times. I have two pure-bred Maine Coons and they are a lot of work!
Very disappointed to leave this feedback. I brought my puppy in last week as she was not wanting to put weight on her paw, in so much pain that she was not eating and lethargic. They take the dog back for the exam so I was not present. Then the vet comes to talk to us. She said she didn’t see anything and it was likely either a sprain or break.
