Long story short... I went there with my sick dog. They wanted to take an x ray to see if intestines are blocked so they did and said they see clearly and everything is fine. They recommended to continue checking bloods and feces but... To do that, the bill will be $700.00+ so I told them I'll do tomorrow at other daytime vet due to they are very expensive. The next mornining they called me and said they checked the flim again and found some fabrics in the intestines and that could be blocking it so the dog might need surger... read more
We had an emergency with our foster cat, which beyond anyone's control took a turn for the worst and we had to euthanize him. The veterinarian was open, honest and very kind to us during this situation. As hard as it was to say goodbye, the way the vet handled things and her genuinely kind way of talking over this situation made things a little easier.
They can't even pick up their phones. They only reason I would take my animal here is if I had to put it down.
