The staff is great I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I know most of the staff by name and have known some for many years. Dr. white is who we saw this time and he is always great with our pets. I always ask for either Dr. White or Dr. Smith both of which I trust with my pets. Dr. Smith has been caring for my pets for probably 20 years and he is so skilled. I appreciate them both very much. The staff are also great. I don't know all of them by name but June and Karla are fabulous.

Great staff Took my sick cat names Jones there. They were great examining him and gave me the right medication for him. He is all better. They told me if he wasn't well or had questions their main office is open until 10 pm and on Sundays. Won't go anywhere else. Great people and they love animals.

Let our dog suffer-- No follow up! Horrible experience! I cannot believe they let our poor dog Coco suffer! We recently changed to VCA and they ran some blood work on Coco. They knew for 5 days that Coco had acute kidney failure and they never called us!!! They let Coco suffer until he got so bad we had to bring him in to the emergency room and leave him for a few days(cost us a fortune). That should have been our firs warning but we continued with VCA. After he came home he had numerous issues. We brought him back for vomit... read more

Lost my animal at this clinic :( My first experience I was stressed out, worried, scared, first experience, lost, and in shock. Was't sure what to expect. I did expect good service, attention, and support. Not the greatest service. We all have a job and get busy and over whelmed but.... with this kind of work you should be prepared to handle it or find a new job bluntly. Love The Pet Inn We truly love how well The Pet Inn takes care of our Sophie. She loves all the staff and she can't wait to come to daycare and see all her friends. We really appreciate the trust we have in them.

Bad Experience My cat has been a patient for a couple of yrs. I took him in for a basic groom, pretty standard, he'd been sedated at this location several time prior. Upon picking him up I noticed that his eyes were unevenly dilated, he didn't recognize me. The Dr didn't voluntarily offer to explain to me that something was wrong. I had to notice for myself.
