Brought my two cats here today and they - and I - felt totally comfortable. The people were very caring, and understood that cats are a bit different than dogs! We did not have a good experience at another facility. So, I am really happy that I found this hospital. Good staff who seem to really care, the place smells CLEAN when you go in - a big deal because, just like for people, a doctor for pets should be clean and feel comfortable. very nice staff and vets. they are accommodating and honest. would reccomend over and over to other people.
They treated my Hoss so well, I went in search of the Cytopoint shot for itching. I understand that injections are much higher, and was very pleased that the Vet and the Nurse let me know of a cheaper option. I still stuck with Cytopoint for convenience, but am happy that they let me know there were cheaper options for him. They treated him so nicely.

We moved to Norfolk and got a puppy. A friend recommended VCA in Norfolk. We took our puppy for his first visit and we are very impressed. The facility is clean and well designed. The front desk staff were nice and efficient. The tech (Jessie) who weighed our pup was very personable and the puppy loved her. Dr. Thompson was super! He took his time with the puppy and thoroughly examined him and continued with the puppy's shot schedule and wellness routine. Your clinic is ridiculous...require a prescription for a simple supplement for my dog. Cash grab if I ever seen one. Also interesting how I witnessed another customer dissatisfied with your services. Won’t see my pets coming through your door. You people are clearly only in it for the money.
