Called 1st thing in the morning and they were able to see my dog. Went over the treatment plan clearly. Very caring with my pet
They are off the chart with their compassion and caring staff. They have been through some good times and bad times with our fury family. Luv them so much.
They have the nicest and most helpful staff! Love all the doctors and their staff.
Sunny and Luna their smiling friends at the clinic. Always cheerful, helpful and prompt.
Losing Jersey was one of the hardest things I have gone through. A lot tougher than I thought it would be. The staff at AAH was wonderful during the process and allowed me plenty of time to say goodbye to my friend, sidekick and shadow. They made a very difficult day just a little bit easier to deal with. Great people all around.
Waited two weeks for a presurgical appointment because Dr. Neuberger had to be there for it. Was told it would be two weeks until they could get us in for surgery (originally it was a week). Got a call a week later saying they no longer are doing that type of surgery with absolutely no explanation why. They waisted 3 weeks of my time leaving my dog with a torn ACL with no intention of completing the surgeries they already scheduled. WHO DOES THAT???
