My husband and our cat, Tobi, went to a different area veterinarian hospital and they were unable to help. They just sent us home with meds for what they thought was the issue, no tests were actually done. AAH got us in the same day I called with my concerns and figured out what was wrong with my cat and came up with a treatment plan. We could not have had a better experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly especially Samantha Gerbers, her tech and the front desk staff. They really seem to genuinely care about ... read more
Our dog has been seen multiple times for random injuries or ailments and every time the staff is so sweet and kind, (even when my busy toddler is with me). They are sweet and patient to help me out even when they are so busy with other appointments! They go above and beyond to care for him, answer questions, and explain everything. I love that they treat him like their own... thank you, allendale animal hospital
Its amazing my puppy loved the girls the girls there are so gentle with puppies
The facility is very clean, the staff is phenomenal, and the doctors are exceptional! They even have a pet behavior specialist! If you are looking for a veterinarian, I highly suggest taking your pet here. You will always know what you are paying for - estimates are provided to you BEFORE treatment, and with varying options depending on the circumstances. I have nothing but positive things to say about Allendale Animal Hospital! <3
I brought our family cat, Fran in for the first time yesterday. Our tech Megan was so friendly and put Fran at ease. Dr. Fraser was also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to come up with a treatment plan for Fran’s ear problems that day and Megan showed me how to properly apply the medication. From making the appointment over the phone to walking out the door I had nothing but A+ service. We will definitely continue using this awesome animal hospital. Keep up the good work!
I have no words for how amazing the entire staff is. They absolutely LOVE our dogs and cats and always go above and beyond for them. Thank you everyone!
What a bunch of sweethearts........................
