Friday was a hard day to meet the staff and Dr. McMillian. However I just want them to know that they couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and professional. We've been taking our 120lb pup here since we arrived in Louisiana. They were immediately welcoming. Betty gives Porter special attention every time he arrives: cuddles, pets, and questions about his welfare. Thank you Betty. VCA Airline Animal Hospital is the best! Dr. Thibeau takes care of my two fur babies and is awesome. We're very lucky to have Dr. Thibeau now that Dr. Kahn has retired. Excellent care and treatment.
This place is awesome!!!!!! We brought our 2 fur babies here for their initial exam & all shots!!!!!!!! The doctors & staff are incredibly nice & very pet friendly!!!!!!!!! They sincerely care about the animals!!!!!!!!!
Dr McMillian and her staff are the best. Today we had to bring Baby Coon back for a follow up...still has bacteria in Hims ear. Round 2 of new meds but Dr M is feeling positive that this will do it. We love her so much...she treats your pet just like her own.
Words cannot express how grateful I am for the staff at VCA Airline Animal Hospital. Dr. McMillan is so truly amazing I could never go to another vet. I live near Baton Rouge and drive to see her. I would trust her to make any decisions regarding my pet and always take her advice. My Rocco was less than a year when we found out he had to have surgery to remove his hips and fix his knees.
