As a family we have been going there for 15 yrs. the staff is so friendly. Dr Dixen I feel like she is an honorary family member she is just soooooooo awesome there aren’t enough great adjectives to describe her. I think I speak for Homer and LeLu also. ❤️
In this type of COVID-19 crisis the staff has been most helpful in helping the patients and their owners with great respect and expedient service! Specifically helpful to me were Dr. Dixon, Melissa (I think that is her name) and Kyle. Kyle's combination of efficient and safe service with a bit of appropriate humor is especially appreciated.
the staff is amazing! we hardly ever have issues, zelda is normally a handful, and they are so patient with her.

When I Walked Through The Door I Was Greeted With Warm Smiles By The Office Manager Ms.Robyn Along With The Front Desk secretaries. Dr. Thibeau and all the staff at VCA Airline go above and beyond to provide excellent and compassionate care to my two monsters. From surgeries to paw ouchies, general health maintenance to upset tummies, we trust VCA Airline with everything. Blacky and Birdie practically jump out of the car window with excitement when we pull up for visits!
