I appreciate the staff at VCA, they consistently show me that they love my pets and have their best interest at heart.
Just took my dog here today as we have for 5 years. She had an infected claw and toe. The vet sedated her cut off the claw and tip of toe and bandaged it. We went to pay with our Care Credit and the was a hold on our card. We called Care Credit and got the issue cleared. Care Credit said it may take 24 hrs for the charge to go through. The Dr Erickson refuses to let us take the antibiotics and pain medicine home to treat her. Their staff is thorough & attentive. They have a CareClub option that allows financing for some wellness procedures with no credit check & a fixed monthly payment. All my cats have received excellent care at VCA Bedford Hwy 121.
Great visit again, with doctor Erickson, and her wonderful assistants... sorry that Tequila made a fuss when trimming his nails, at least you got all but one 😂
Great staff, great care of animals.
We are fairly new to the area and had a 13 year old lab. He was starting to suffer with arthritis and got to the point where he would only walk on 3 legs. We took him to see Dr Erickson and she was so kind and caring. She gave us options but we knew it was Major’s time to cross the Rainbow Bridge. They took such good care of us and him during his last moments. Their kindness during this time was heartwarming. They even sent a card that everyone signed and wrote beautiful messages for us.
