Poor service. Really poor workmanship. USAA Insurance listed VBS as a preferred vendor. But VBS Never finished the electrical or outside stucco. They closed their doors in December 2019 and walked away with the insurance check. Go to Az Corp Commission and find the owners name(s) to find other companies that they might own before signing a contract with anyone.
Kathy, call your adjuster at USAA. USAA listed this company as a “preferred contractor” on their site. We selected them for that reason. I understand this means that USAA vetted the contractor and “stands behind” their work. Best wishes.
My homeowners insurance company USAA issued a check to VBS Construction in September 2019 for fire damage to my property in Chandler. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Very little has reconstruction has been completed due to lack of employees per project manager Dave. I am still living the nightmare so BEWARE IF YOU’RE PLANNING TO HIRE VBS CONSTRUCTION!!!!
**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** Very good company!! Very well established-->24yrs here in the valley. Everyone that I've met that works there have been nice, good people, both on and off the clock. *****5 STARS!! (they can fix or build anything)
