I first met with Juan who is one of the owners. H e was professional and friendly, and his estimate was similar to others I received. I like to support small family businesses so went with him. The fence his workers built was strong (he used metal poles in concrete) and also beautiful. There was one hiccup but Juan stepped in and made it right. It shows that not only does the company built fences but they have a good sense of customer service. I would highly recommend them.
I tried to get the company out to quote a fence replacement twice. One day was a complete no show and the next they were unresponsive to a reschedule. I understand companies are busy but it’s rude to waste a potential customer’s time.
Vasquez Access recently replaced our wood fence and 2 gates. They showed up on time and did a great job. The owner was easy to get in touch with when I had questions during the process. I would (and have) recommended them. Thanks!
Vasquez replaced our fence and gate.. They were professional and easy to work with. They came up with a creative solution when we had to remove a concrete slab to place the gate where i wanted it. Pricing was fair. Thanks!
They have made sure that all of our fencing needs are met and even when things didn’t go as planned they made sure to make sure that they made it right!
