Where to start….. I recently purchased a (Oct. 2019) home that was represented by Justin from Vayner Realty. The process seemed to go relatively smoothly until we were about 3 weeks away from closing. The first issue came up was with our final walk through that was scheduled ahead of time 2-3 weeks from the closing date.
