This is one of the best mechanic experiences I ever had! They took me an hour before closing for an oil change and noticed that the drip pan screw was wrong. Instead of giving me a crazy charge for the part, they sent me to the auto parts store down the block so I can purchase it myself for cost. When the part wasn't working, they found a way to secure the oil pan and didn't charge me extra! Outstanding! I was getting set to head into the office, when my tire pressure gauge in my 2020 Dodge Charger read, "17 PSI", on my rear, passenger-side tire. I carefully drove the vehicle over to Vavi and was greeted by a gentleman, who then introduced me to his father, Pablo. Quickly, they removed the tire and provided a thorough explanation of how a full tire replacement were required, as not only one but two nails had lodged in, with one puncturing near the edge of the tire and into the sidewall.
