The staff was more then ready and willing, not pushy at all. It's a used car so I expect fixes and such to be done here and there, but over all, my experience was a 10. I have my dream car and I couldn't be happier. Drove the 519 miles back home with no problems.
One seller, five techs, and family run that place. I walked out spending less money than original price. Highly recommend giving him a shot.
Our experience was actually a lot of fun, even though it was the middle of snow blizzard! Rory is very helpful and if you are looking for a Subaru it is the best place to start. There is a wide selection of very clean used cars. Any issues occurring after the sale are addressed very quickly as well. One of the best car buying experiences I have had!
Made two trips up from Sacramento and had a great time working with Steven. Took home a 2005 Subaru which was fixed up nice over night for no extra cost. Great little business.
These guys are good! Rory was cool and mellow, he didn't give me any of the normal nonsense one would expect. I asked questions and got direct, straightforward answers and then he took a copy of my license and let myself, my girlfriend, and my dad go for a test drive. There weren't any limits or restraints either, he just said to go have fun. Waited a few months to post - after I've driven the car a while. More than 10,000 miles later and I LOVE it! Simply couldn't be happier with the 2005 Audi A4 Avant. I flew from Seattle to Reno to purchase the car, and Austin (my salesman) even picked me up at the airport. Definitely would buy there again
I bought a Groupon. Firendly, professional. I was in and out in 30min. I requested a Cassie Lube, they offered to lube for free if i could leave the car longer, i couldnt. They didn't have an available lift so they were not able to upgrade my service. Nice people, timely I will need to return for the lube...
Overall, I'd buy from VMS again.
The guys are nice. Shop is Clean. The brought me back and physically showed me what was wrong with my car. The price was fair.
