This apartment complex is a joke, all the way down to the management, courtesy officers, etc. When you have to call about a noise complaint 2 times within the same night and the operator answering the phone tells you "she's busy with clients and doesn't have time to reach out to the courtesy officer." Arnov needs to reevaluate who they hire and how they manage this place.... All I can say is, do NOT live here, cardboard boxes are better.
I work in property management myself and tend to learn a lot in regards to other properties and other companies. I must say that this property is one of the best in Montgomery. The quality, prices, and staff are enough to make me stay.
