Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They could've used quite a few more staff members.
