Dr. Brinegar was very friendly but more importantly very thorough and professional. She determined that I needed a retina specialist and facilitated an appointment so I could get treatment for the wet form of macular degeneration. She followed up with me the next day and made helpful suggestions. I am extremely thankful that I choose Dr. Brinegar. She not only gave me wonderful care but also went the extra mile. She truly cares about her patients.
