Absolutely horrible person. He interrupted everything I said and was just rude all around. DO NOT GO TO HIM IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT HELP. He is heartless and only talked about my weight when I’ve been told by other doctors that my weight is fine. He also said that running is doing me no good? And that I’ll only ever be an acceptable weight if I do weight training? That just does not sound right to me personally. Makes me sad because after this I felt like I didn’t want to try to get help anymore.
Never even made it to my appointment. First, waited almost 6 months for this appointment. Mind you my PCP highly recommended him after I asked for someone who specializes in liver disease. I moved here from another state and didn't want to fly home to see my gastro Dr back home, but after this experience the care I received from my prior Dr is totally worth it. Had an urgent referral. He was the first one available. He consistently interrupted me and would not let me finish a sentence, even when I was answering HIS questions. Disregarded everything I told him. Told me to not take any medication and eat yogurt instead. Laughed at me and asked "Do you think it's cancer?". Added things to online appointment notes that were not discussed in the actual appointment. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience! I wish I had thought to check reviews before the appointment.
Possibly the rudest, least compassionate doctor that exists on God’s green earth. Needs to retire so dinosaurs are actually extinct. Avoid at all costs.
I was a new patient and after my experience with Dr Raghuraman for a colonoscopy, I will not be seeing him again. The way he treated me was unacceptable.
