Dr. Raghuraman was very thorough and empathetic. He explained my issue and offered both written and verbal information. He took time for my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him.

This review is not of Dr. Raghuraman, it's a review of his business. To cut to the chase, the anesthesia needed was not sent in as a pre-authorization as it should of been. This being said our insurance is unable to pay and a rather large bill is being hung on us. Our insurance is very willing to pay, however Dr. Raghuraman's office did not submit the proper paperwork and is not willing to submit a post authorization. Also the person answering phone calls at the front desk is extremely unpleasant and very unprofessional. If ... read more
