The quality of the customer service and the food needs some improvements!

We went there last night with a total of 6 people. We got there at our reservation time and sat for 25 minutes waiting for menus. The food came out super slow including 2 steaks that were stone cold when they were finally brought to the table. It literally took us 3.5 hours to eat because the service was so slow and we had to ask for EVERYTHING, no one refilled any drinks unless we asked and at the end of the night we literally had 16 glasses on the table because the waiter never took the empty glasses away. Incredible experience! Our waitress was so sweet and relatable. We felt very supported by the staff during our engagement. It was a delightful surprise and the staff helped play a huge part in it! Definitely recommend.

The most friendliest staff went out of their way for my engagement night they made every moment absolutely perfect they gave us the best seat in the house I'll make sure everything was perfect and was absolutely respectful in every aspect Beyond satisfied with the vast this is my forever spot and I will always give a 100% recommendation for anyone looking for a nice romantic getaway dinner thank you to all the staff and management for everything you have done you have touched the the hearts of us and our loved ones

First time at vast for lunch today and it was incredible! Christian our waiter did an awesome job and the food was 5 stars for sure even coming from the buffet which is hard to do! Will definitely be returning!
