As I was waiting a sales rep left the office promising she would bring lunch tomorrow. I don’t think doctors can be very objective when they receive rewards from certain pharmaceutical companies… The dr. Also glanced at my eczema which I didn’t come for and called out it’s psoriasis! I don’t appreciate serious wrong diagnosis like that. I do NOT recommend Dr. Vassileva
Dr. Vassileva has zero bedside manner, she is rude, doesn't listen, interrupts her patient when they are speaking, has zero empathy, and assumes that everybody has tons of money for co-pays and tests. She has to be the most abrasive doctor I've ever seen in 40+ years. Looking for a NEW doctor now after 3 years with Vassileva. I have reached the end of my rope with her....and my last "remote" appointment was scheduled for two weeks and she called over 30 MINUTES past the time. My husband and I have been Dr. V's patients for 12 years. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She gives you information about your diseases and allows you as the patient to participate in decisions about your care. She is wonderful in our opinion.
Dr. V has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and committed to helping me identify and address a variety of health concerns, allowing me to regain a positive quality of life. Some of my issues were "silent" and have gone unnoticed until Dr. V.! Her persistence, encouragement and experience helped me regain my health, self-confidence and joy. Also, her office staff is kind and helpful as well!
Worst experience in my life!! She does not care about patients..is a money thing..want to have unnecessary tests done and tell you they can't...yes can't call in your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice!!! Ridiculous!!! No stars at all
Dr. V is very thorough. I appreciate her attention to detail and determination to help you get better. She is never complacent but always caring and kind. Her staff is excellent too - their kindness, caring attitude and helpfulness make all the difference when you are not feeling well. Whether you don’t feel well or are being seen for a routine visit everyone there makes you feel welcome. Thank you all for you hard work and excellent care.
The worst doctor I have ever met. I now understand why people fire their doctors and are turning away from conventional medicine. Zero people skills, zero empathy. Zero bed side manner, but her theatrics are A+ and don’t bother answering her questions- she wont let you and talks over you. I have a job where I see the worst in people and this woman beats all the horrible things I have seen in the last 30 years. Absolutely worthless, find someone else, anyone else is better than this whack job.
I like Dr. Vassileva. She is thorough, honest and direct. Nurses are very nice and knowledgeable. However, her front desk person is very rude, and unhelpful. She wants things done her way, regardless of the patients' circumstances and limitations and her demeanor is unpleasant, and that is why I'm giving a low grade on this.
Been seeing Dr V for about 10 years. Really like her at first, but this last year she has changed for the worse. In May I went to see her not feeling well, she told me I had rich people problems. Now my husband thinks he has heart problems, so I asked if she ever checked him for cancer, because his mom just passed away & he had same signs, she goes off, tells us she will no longer be our dr, slams door. Then we get our letter in the mail. So unprofessional, she could of handled this so different
