I have been going to see Dr. Vassileva for nearly a year. I find her to be smart, has a lot of knowledge, always ready to find the best solution for my health. She is easy to talk to and lets you tell her what problems you are having. Then she discusses a way to solve them. Also her staff is always ready to make you feel welcome.
She explains everything great detail educate you live a healthy lifestyle and follows through on tests and lab work. Her staff is very friendly and I can’t say nothing but good about this doctor. I highly recommend her.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Ivanka Vassileva. As a new patient, I faced numerous issues, including never receiving a password to access my patient account despite multiple attempts to resolve it. When I was forced to attend to urgent family matters out of state, I returned home to find a letter stating she was withdrawing from my care, claiming "much consideration" had been given—despite our limited interaction. Today I had a visit with Dr V and as always treated kind. This maybe my last visit as a patient but only because I have moved from Lawton. But she asked me to let her know when I visit there again to call and we can have lunch together. She has been the VERY BEST DOCTOR I have ever had. I cried when I left but will be back to visit. Well miss Gabriela also she’s the best! I recommend her to everyone. Love you Dr. V. The City Girl!

I have been seeing Dr. V for over a year now. I am a PA so I really hate seeing a Dr. to get medication I write for patients every day. She is great. I read the negative reviews before writing this. I imagine these patients expectations are those of a Hollywood celebrity or a terrible politician. It would be nice if the best medicine was a perfect time were the doc could listen to you chit chat and/or complain about everything for hours and hours in the most round about time consuming way. Rude, condescending and lacking in basic human compassion. And those are the nicest things I can say about Dr. Vassileva. I wrote additional information giving specifics of what I experienced at her hands, but apparently the horrors were too graphic and my review was denied. Trust me, it was horrifying. I wish I could tell you the story.
Dr. Vassilieva review This suppose a doctor does not review a patient’s record before their visits. Yet, she tries to rush you through your appointment because she has other patients even on a virtual appointment. She asks the same questions upon every visit, have you not read or reviewed my medical record? After the third visit in a year this was tiresome. Dr V asks a question but doesn’t let you finish answering, continuously interrupts. I do believe she wants to help in health conditions but needs to learn how to respect people and their situations. She does not listen. She is also very loud and difficult to understand - as her English is not perfected. She also starts telling you what to do before you tell her what you’re already doing.
