Overnight, during this extended heat wave, our A/C stopped working. We have used Hank Vasill in the past (since he installed the unit for the previous owner) and always have been treated fairly and promptly. Today, I called at 7 in the morning and he was at our house before 10 to fix the unit. That is what I call great service! This is a great, small family owned business that we are happy to support.
I can't recommend Vasill highly enough! We purchased a two-family building right around the corner from Vasill a little over a year ago, and we've had to make a few calls for service/repairs. (Welcome to landlord life!) Each time Hank has responded to my initial call within in a matter of hours and has made appointments with me to be on-site the following day. I also feel that he has been EXTREMELY fair on pricing for each repair. He even showed me how to clean and maintain our ac units and change filters on his first visit.... read more
Hank responded unbelievably fast to my inquiry about fixing our AC when it broke. He was professional, showed up fast, and had the parts necessary for repairs in his van already. Our AC was working again less than 24 hours after I first called Hank. Highly recommend!
