We had a horrible experience trying to get a consultation appointment to see the doctor about getting a biopsy. First the oncologist sends the referral. We told they will be in contact with us within a week. NO CALL. I called them and was told my husband needs a CT scan, which he already had. They said they would request it from the hospital and it would take 24 to 48 hours up to a week. We went to the hospital got the documentation and took it to them. We asked for an appointment. I had a port replacement and the whole staff was wonderful. Dr Laporte was thorough and went the extra mile, which was why she was able to find a small crack in my port. I was very nervous about my contrast allergy but they all did a great job of keeping me calm. Very positive experience

When you receive a cancer diagnosis you might think that everyone during the process of testing and treatment is going to be kind, supportive and patient. If this practice wants that foster that environment ? They need to fire their entire phone staff. Their attitude and demeanor was terrible and apathetic. That was the primary reason we cancelled and went elsewhere. If your doctor sends you here ? Go somewhere else.

I highly recommend Dr. Berlin. He patiently explained both of my procedures and made sure to answer every question I had. Both procedures were successful and they have greatly impacted my quality of life in a positive manner. Thank you Dr. Berlin!
