What an amazing experience I had at Vascular Institute of the Pines. Dr Hershman and her staff are amazing. They made me feel like family. Going into my first treatment I was nervous but the lady that checked me into the back(didn’t get her name), Donna and Dr Hershman walked me thru it step by step. From my first call I knew this was a great office. My experience now over several months and having several procedures done has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr Hershman and her team. They have provided excellent information and shown care for their patients. The only downside is because they are so great (and thus pretty busy) things have taken some time to get done but it has been worth it.
The professional staff here greets you warmly and makes you feel comfortable. Procedure options and details are thoroughly explained before treatment. After treatment, I was contacted as a point of care. I will return here and recommend the care team at VIP.
I underwent my first-ever endovenous ablation today, and I never guessed that I'd be smiling and laughing through it instead of squeezing my eyes shut and gritting my teeth. Finished up my vein procedures and the ulcer, that was above my ankle, just wouldn’t heal. But now, the healing has begun and it is much smaller than it was when I started the vein procedures in January. Great place and great people!!! Everyone is so friendly and kind!!!
