Overall the experience was great. The only complaint I have was the distance from my home. The staff and Dr Alfson were professional and personable.
I felt that the doctor did not spend sufficient time with me to thoroughly explain his diagnosis and recommended treatment plan. As a result, I found it difficult to fully understand or feel confident in his conclusions. Additionally, it appeared that the diagnosis and treatment plan was not clearly based on the findings from my CT scan and MRI reports.
My medical problem was explained to me with options on how to address it.
Everyone is amazing. Well taken care of.
