My recent appointment, Mar 21, was scheduled last Sept, six months out, & I still have the appointment card, with the time & date noted. However, arriving at the appointed time, 8:30, Mar 21, the clerk advised me that my appointment was at 10:10, for which I chose to stay & wait. The office personnel apparently worked diligently to work me in & I was seen around 9:30, for which I was grateful, receiving friendly & professional care. My experience with The Dental Care team is that everyone is very polite & Made sure I was comfortable.. I highly recommend their services
This was my very first time going to the Dental Care Center. The Dental Hygienist and the young lady who took the X-rays were both friendly and professional. Both answered any questions I had and explained anything I didn't understand. Hopefully, the main procedures will go just as well, and I'll be just as pleased with the final outcome. Great service
First visit and it was good. Appt was at 2:00 and was called back maybe 5 mins later after checking in. Everyone explained everything very thoroughly and Megan, the hygienist, was awesome and made sure I was comfortable during my visit!!!!
