Fast and friendly service. The only issue i has was finding the place. I called three times because the lady that answered the phone kept telling me it was beside Whataburger two times. I called tye third time and she told me Burger King. I was 30 mins late.
They overbook appointments. I had a 9:45am, which I thought would be for the ultrasound that my PCP referred me for. I didn't get called back until nearly 11am. The only excuse they provide for being so behind is that they had a lot of new patients scheduled today. Then WHY SCHEDULE SO MANY?? And then the doctor came in for all of 5mins, only to have me make ANOTHER appointment for the actual ultrasound- which they do not yet even do at the Southaven location.
