I recently completed my 3rd visit here. My first 2 experiences were positive - very efficient , caring and professional staff. However, my last visit was very unpleasant; the nurses were different and once they realized I had previously been there; I received little in the way of explanations, etc. The experience left me rattled and shaken.
The staff are always very friendly.
