Dr. Vasconcellos has been extremely helpful and supportive with my son's current medical issues. She has been in contact with me all the time. She is always available and responds to my email almost immediately. Her staff has been very helpful in coordinating appointments as well as helping with any lab work needed. The wait is not long and she always answers all my questions. I highly recommend her for an neurological issues with your child.
Dr. Vasconcellos, Sarah, Candy and the rest of her staff have been heaven sent to my son and my family. From my first encounter with the office staff, things evolved for the better. The waiting room time is always minimal. She listens to my concerns, she follows up especially when things are urgent in matter. i am thankful to have found her.
I spent 2 days calling and leaving messages to make an appointment with the doctor. No one called me back. I called again and had to ask for the operator first. When I finally got through, the person on the other line lacked customer service manners, was short in her responses and gave the sense that she did not want to be doing her job. Very unprofessional. I am definitely NOT booking an appointment with the doctor based on the staff she has working for her.
My twin sons had seen Dr Vasconcellos for several years. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She takes time with every patient to make sure all their needs are addressed. Dr V does everything in her power to reduce stress on parents. I took her for granted until we moved out of town and had a very different experience. Her waiting rooms are always packed and I was a bit upset by long waiting time but now realize that it was because she is an excellent neurologist and is in great demand.

Dr. V is the most thorough, understanding, compassionate and comprehensive neurologist we have visited and we’ve been everywhere. We drive 2 hours one way to see her and every trip is worth it. Her staff are so kind and helpful and respond to email and requests for information so quickly. If she wasn’t part of my daughter’s care right now I would be in despair. I highly recommend Dr. V.
The Dr. Rushes through the appointment. The staff is not helping and DO not care about the patient. Total disorganization. Worst experience ever. 4 months asking to get my address correct and never sent my prescription on time and no solutions, no UPS, no email, nothing.
My little brother and i have been coming here for more than 3 years and every visit is a smooth experience. Dr. Vasconcellos is amazing and her and her staff is nothing but helpful.
Dr. Vasconcellos has been treating my ADHD for around 4 years. She has always been available when needed and has a personal email for direct communication. 10/10 would recommend to others.
