Dr. C & her staff are professional & kind. I have been going to Dr. C for a few years & always have a positive experience!
I was referred by my cardiologist with swollen legs. Dr Cheanvechai was clear and precise about vein ablation procedures. I had 5 surgeries, spread over 6 weeks. I found her and her staff to be helpful, kind, and thoroughly professional. I particularly appreciated that they took COVID procedures seriously.
I had some vascular problems, went to E.R. and was told to follow up with a vascular doctor.
horrible horrible If I could possibly give 0 or less stars I would. I called this practice on the advice of my Holy Cross Drs. When I called the young lady asked for insurance, address etc as they all do. I guess I said something she didn;t like. I said do you realize every question you asked me I had to repeat to you two or three times? She hung up on me. I called back and asked for the office manager. My 1st experience with this office is one that deserves a review. This happens sometimes here in FL. And started with attitude from the front staff, right from the start. And all of staff had a bad attitude, and if "any" question was asked, and they did not like what they heard, you were immediately disrespected with the answer and it only got worse. Very poorly run business. Been trying to get an overpayment issued back to me for over a month now and her billing department never answers and doesn’t return phone calls. When you call her office she says she has no control over it and they don’t return her calls. I’m afraid to spend anymore money at her office if she has no control over anything.
Dr. Cheanvechai is an excellent surgeon. She did my ablation and I can tell you that she is excellent. Highly recommended and qualified. Her personality was very professional, polite and knowledgeable as well as her excellent Ultrasound Specialist Morgan. Thank you to both ladies. Awesome
Good Staff as well the follow through. The Dr. has not only a great reputation but has great personality with all. I recommend her.
