Dr. Cheanvechai is a great doctor. When I went to see her I was very well recommended, she always answered my questions. I never have to wait in the waiting not even five minutes. Yesenia, her assistant is a lovely person and knows her job, as well as, her students too. I’m very please to have Dr Cheanvechai as my vein doctor.
Very professional and remembers who you are and why you are there. Understands your current needs, staff is exceptional and always answers questions. Would not go anywhere else.
Dr. Cheanvechai took care of me when she was practicing in Nevada. She was always professional and kind and always had such a lovely presence about her. I was a little skeptical after researching several doctors in this field I chose Dr. Cheanvechai, what a great decision that was. I love how she still practices safety features for her patients by checking in when you get there, staying in your car, wearing a mask, washing your hands when you go in especially now where so many people aren't doing that anymore. Dr Cheanvechai is very detailed oriented, explained everything in general, however, a bit fast, the staff is very personable and willing to help, in general I was satisfied.
Called and gave my insurance information, said will get back to you, called 3 more times, they never get back to you in 2 weeks, Don't say you take new patients when you don't evn bother to call, this also happened to a friend who says they never respond to him either, after repeated phone calls a waiting
