I have liked my experience at Vasa. Jordyn is a great trainer! She is very energetic and helps you to do your best!
I was lost and then Cole found me! He gave me a solid workout plan as well as helped me with what meals to eat daily to help me achieve my goals! Even when I didn’t do everything I was supposed to, he encouraged me in the nicest way and continued to give me hope! Thanks to Cole I am feeling better, healthier and I am reaching my body goals! He has taught me not to be discouraged when I slip up! BEST TRAINER EVER!
Horrible machine maintenance at this location! Currently, more than half the treadmills are Out of Order, including the Cardio Cinema. And usually a nearly half the stairclimbers are broken. Its a joke. They usually have a couple people standing around the front trying to sell memberships while there are so many machines out of order. I don't get it. I won't be renewing my membership for this exact reason. Its behind frustrating. I would never recommend this location due to all the out of order machines.
I’ve been going here for 10 years. It was a good gym. Now equipment isn’t getting fixed and it appears they don’t care about the weight lifters and bodybuilders that kept there doors open. They’ve taken half the gym and turned it over to CrossFit because that is where the money is now. By the way this will be the third time I’ve told you the smith machine is broken. I told the front desk 2 months ago and again about three weeks ago. Once again shows where your priorities are.
Do not join or go to this gym. Appalling manager Brandon, extremely poor treatment of a 10 year member and guest.
Horrible gym!!equipment broken all the time.Dirty gym,disrespectful people all around.Cancelled my membership after having it for 6 months and the cardio equipment always broken and the weight room is a meet market.I will never go back.Too bad because is so close to my home but you pay for what you get.
Always get a great quick fast workout in. Nice gym and clean.
