I like this gym overall and have had a great experience every time I go and my kids love going to the daycare. But since the kid care changed to online reservations it worked for me once then not a single time since, which honestly wouldn't be an issue except when I call the child care and I get attitude because I called and didn't do it online. I just had a very bad experience with VASA Corporate Office. It is really something simple, I just wanted to meet with a personal trainer 2 times a month instead of 4. No big deal I thought bill me less per month and then I can go for a longer period of time. They then got all corporate on me and said that I signed a contract and they would not change the terms. It seems that they are concerned about money and not about a persons fitness goals. So, lets just say I am not a fan of VASA. By the way I am in Orem UT.
Convenient, and the staff is friendly. Although I have occasionally been annoyed to find a broken machine, usually they fix them quickly, especially if you take the initiative to report it. The gym is huge, so I'm usually able to find an alternative to anything broken. For $30/mo including tanning and massages at another location, I'm pretty happy with vasa!
First thing first. The trainers at this location are truly amazing people. They care about your health and your goals and they all go out if their way to help you reach them . The facility is clean and so are the locker rooms. We love going here.
I love the variety of machines available and the Pilates classes by Julie are the best! I especially like having a monthly schedule for the Cinema room so I can plan my cardio days in advance.
