The staff seem very apathetic and unhelpful. The pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge cannot be used alone so unless you have a friend or family member pay for a membership and go with you there is a chance you can't use those facilities. The massage chair I used on one visit malfunctioned, punching me and playing loud choppy music. This place charged me the full price when I canceled before the free month was up. But if I go steal or sneak my gym partner in I’m the problem? Theft is theft, and you guys stole $45 from me. I don’t like how you’re only allowed 2 gym passes when I pay almost double what PF charges for unlimited gym partners. What a joke.
very nice facilities with a big range of machines free weights etc. and recovery is top notch. only gripe is most if the staff is super friendly but the ones that aren’t are NOT. still 5 stars easy though
