I wanted to give this place 5 stars which I was initially until I noticed how filthy the bathrooms are and unusable. Earlier this week all 6 toilets were clogged with poop and nonaccessible. The urinals are full of hair and urine. If someone has to go #2 really bad then what? Are janitors calling in sick? What is going on? Other than that this place is awesome......... maybe better rating next week if this gets better
Update: Since my initial review with owner response, and after notifying staff and contacting the corporate office repeatedly within the last month, all four bathrooms in the men’s room were either out of order or clogged at the same time and the cold plunge has also been shut down at least three additional times. The belt squat was unavailable because there was not a functional belt provided. When i asked staff they said there were no plans to replace the belts. These are not isolated issues. Too overcrowded. Ceiling fans have been broken since forever.
Love the gum and amenities. Love the personal training. Highly disappointed with Vasa’s partnership with Paramount Acceptance payment solutions. Little and difficult to reach person - to - person costumer support. No wiggle room cancellation charges, return and delinquent payment charges when my debit card blocked for fraud alert. Local staff refers to 800 # for support, and only voice prompt system or endless hold time on phone. Not customer focused. Not likely to renew.
Coach Adrienne is a gift for Studio Red HIIT. Give her a raise. Great class. VASA is a great gym.
