Everytime I come to this location I have the best experience! The entire staff shows the type of quality customer service you would seek at a 5 star restaurant! I don’t always give out a 5 star rating but this place is absolutely amazing!

Great Gym but horrible with customer transparency. Military discount and an 1 add on.... my bills supposed to be about $40 a month, 1 account 1 add on. Apparently that's two separate accounts and they won't mention it upon signing up. Had the wrong account number in somehow last month, and they let it lapse to collect a late fee. THIS MONTH I got over charged $150 and I'm trying to make it make sense and when I reach out they say it's correct.... I made ONE account not two.
