THEY HAVE LITERALLY STOLEN FROM US!!! Canceled our membership on day 55 under the contact terms (cancel prior to 60 days) and were changed the “rate guarantee” fee of $60. Why would I need a rate guarantee if I’m canceling my membership????? Hung up on me and refused to refund. Be careful folks. They are sneaky and they will charge you no matter what! So this morning, I was feeling kind of tight because I was not able to get my Sunday class with Tiffany due to death in the family of my father. And having to travel to Muncie, to make lanterns and do a say Goodbye ceremony for Father's Day. I looked on the schedule and I decided to take this morning's class. The last-minute group fitness class cancellations have become way too common. It's frustrating to wake up early for a class, especially on weekends, only to have it canceled at the last minute. This has happened multiple times over the past couple months. People expect more for the studio product.
