Love the infrared panels above the mats in the yoga room. Jeremy, the yoga instructor, does a great job explaining how to deepen each stretch to get the most out of every pose. I appreciate the verbal cues he gives, they're very helpful.

I love the Reb3l class with Kikiyo! This class is great for all fitness levels and feel so inclusive. It keeps me coming back to the gym!
