This "business" is a joke. My wife is a member and they keep charging MY bank account $10 saying she didn't show up for classes that she absolutely showed up for because she goes with a friend EVERY time and the friend never gets charged. My wife spends almost an hour on hold with "corporate" after the gym says to call them and they say to call the gym. Not a problem, my bank likes me and I can dispute the charge. While it was was a long wait to talk to customer service (20 minutes), they were able to help me freeze my account for free in lieu of cancelling. I’m thankful after the wait that the agent was very kind and helpful.
The new maintenance technician Sean, has really done an outstanding job at this location ever since he’s arrived, from fixing machines that were in need of dire repair, to finally getting the swimming pool and jacuzzi cleaned up and to standard. At one point the jacuzzi tub tiles were stained with gunk and were filthy. He has diligently scrubbed the tiles, and deep cleaned it.
