The staff at Vasa Greeley—front desk, coaches, and instructors—are fantastic, and the gym is always clean. Unfortunately, recent corporate decisions are hurting the member experience. The latest change is an increased Studio class no-show fee: $3 for the first missed class each month, then $10 for each one after. They also quietly extended the cancellation window from 8 hours to 12, making it harder to avoid charges (like having to decide by 5 p.m. if you can attend a 5 a.m. class). Vasa Flow class was exactly what was needed at the Greeley gym. The instructors were friendly, amazing, and very knowledgeable about the art of yoga. A 5am class would be the icing on the cake. ************** Update: Vasa, Greeley is changing and as such I'm also changing my 5-star review. I want to point out that this is not about the staff.
