My daughter is moving out of state and I haven’t gone in a while, I tried cancelling our membership on line it didn’t work. Finally I was able to get in touch with a person via text and Alisen, took care of all my issues. We have enjoyed Vasa it’s a great gym! And Alisen is a great asset to their team
