Edit: Handicap shower is broken, some machines are on life support, bikes breaking, basketball is almost dead and pickleball is dead :| Original: The gym now closes 2 hours earlier on the weekends, after a week’s notice. They also closed down the “Cinema” cardio area and bike studio, features I was sold on when I signed up (loved the cinema). Extremely frustrating experience with VASA Fitness. I went to this gym ONE time, and that was during the free trial period. After that, I had a health issue and was unable to continue going. I have tried multiple times to cancel my membership, yet somehow it still has not been properly canceled. Now I’m being told that I owe $215 for a membership I have not been using. I'm getting sick of trying to come here. I don't touch the workout equipment. I use the pool, the hot tub, and the steam room. I barely use either of them now because 2 weeks ago couldn't use the pool. Had a sign up but got to use the hot tub. Was able to use both last week. This week Can't use either one. Beforehand you had the hot tub that was down for weeks on end. This is kind of ridiculous. No one should have to call ahead to check to see if the pool or the hot tub or steam room is working. I was able to get a day pass for free which is awesome but I would not come here or recommend it for most people because there is zero gym etiquette at this place. Nobody wipes down their machines or re-racks their weight. There are plates laying around quite literally everywhere. Maybe employees should reset the gym every few hours and enforce proper gym etiquette. They also only have one of each machine so during busy times it's impossible to get a good workout in.
