Don’t sign up. There are a lot of hidden fees when you want to cancel your membership and unfair fees if your payment ever doesn’t go through. I also tried repeatedly to get in contact with them. I sent an email that was never responded to and have tried calling. The automated system took my phone number and and say I would receive a call back from a live agent and I never have.

The climate control is terrible; when it's cold, they make it even colder, and when it's hot, they turn up the heat. The customer service is also terrible, not from everyone, but from most of the people who work in customer service; it's like they're giving away the membership for free. Most of the equipment is broken, and they take forever to repair it. I honestly don't recommend it. This is the one located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at 51st and Memorial.

Been at vasa for over 4 years. Today I tried using a guest pass on a former member and they wouldn’t let MY Guest through. I’ve put up with the overcrowding and poor sanitation, I’ve been here for convenience But this is the Straw That Broke the camels back. Matty The manager was unhelpful and very rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen him providing terrible experiences. I’ve cancelled immediately and the cancellation process is greedy and as unpleasant and as “Matty” the manager. Good riddance.

I canceled my membership through the app..fast forward a year later now I have debt collectors so make sure you hand write a letter to gym saying you want to cancel your membership.
