2/17/25 brought my 4runner in for slipping transmission and turned out it just needed cleaned/lubrication. He saw my tires were bad (4)and replaced those too. He explained to me what the issue was and very personable. You just gained another happy customer!!
Last May we were headed out on a trip to Indy from MA. In PA we started having transmission issues. After being told at the Jeep dealership the transmission was sealed and the only option was to replace the transmission and would be about 4 weeks, we found a small locally owned shop that not only told us it was fixable, fit us in that day. It was so nice to deal with someone who looked at our situation and thought, "I can help" Vas made it possible for us to continue on to our destination and enjoy our trip.
