The application and move in process with Dhruv Sabharwal was super smooth and easy. The apartment looks beautiful and clean, already loving it
This is the worst apartment that boardwalk has. Ever since the move here, every experience has been horrible and there were so many issues with my unit prior to moving in. The sink was leaking still not repaired, the flooring which was done was uneven, people making loud noises above our unit over night, and the toilet stopped working which was repaired. Went to check out Varsity Square Apartments with a coworker and didn’t expect it to be this clean, honestly. Hallways, units, everything looked well taken care of. Myle showed us around and she was super easy to talk to. She made the whole visit feel relaxed.
I had a great experience with Dhruv while viewing the apartment. He was extremely professional, patient, and explained everything in detail, making the whole process very smooth and stress-free. He answered all my questions clearly and made sure I understood every aspect of the property. Really appreciate his helpful and friendly approach—highly recommend!
Dropped by Varsity Square Apartments just to take a look and ended up really liking it. The place feels clean and organized, which is a big deal for me. Myle handled the viewing and she was great and she answered all my questions and didn’t rush anything. The pool area looked really nice too.
