Boardwalk is an excellent choice of residence. They are very professional and very friendly. Their response to maintenance and the look of their grounds is superb.
This building is extremely unsafe. We’ve experienced two thefts — one involving packages and the other our car tires. The management is completely irresponsible; they act as if their only job is to collect rent and nothing more. The garage door has been left open for hours during maintenance, with no security measures in place. How can anyone feel safe here? It’s unacceptable to expect tenants to smile and live in such an insecure environment. This is a truly terrible place to live.
I’ve been a resident at Boardwalk Varsity Square for over a year, and unfortunately, ongoing security issues have seriously affected my peace of mind and daily comfort. - In February, my summer tires were stolen from the parkade after the garage door was left detached and unsecured for two days. Shayrin and Meed are the absolutely best. I'm grateful for this community and the care the take for this building. It's not perfect but sure they put a lot of effort to listen to the needs of tenants and accommodate as better as they can. Thank you
