The staff at board walk varsity is very polite and helpful. Had a heart experience. Myle is excellent.
The washers and dryers here suck BAD. Walls are thin, but other then that. Its pretty good.
The application and move in process with Dhruv Sabharwal was super smooth and easy. The apartment looks beautiful and clean, already loving it
This is the worst apartment that boardwalk has. Ever since the move here, every experience has been horrible and there were so many issues with my unit prior to moving in. The sink was leaking still not repaired, the flooring which was done was uneven, people making loud noises above our unit over night, and the toilet stopped working which was repaired. Went to check out Varsity Square Apartments with a coworker and didn’t expect it to be this clean, honestly. Hallways, units, everything looked well taken care of. Myle showed us around and she was super easy to talk to. She made the whole visit feel relaxed.
