Don't waste your time. I have been waiting 2 months for an estimate to install central air in my home. I've called and emailed all I get is "we're working on it".
Replaced faulty Capacitor part cost 8$, 1 hour labor repair cost from Varsity. bill = 600$ plus. Complained to manager. They subtracted mandatory 135$. Bill now around 500$. Looked up the same problem from other repair shops, $200. They did NOT itemized bill, Labor and parts. Just 500$ and change.
Mark and his team did an amazing job. In fact, they came to fix the horrible workmanship by another company. So happy now that I have a shower that works and does not leak all over my new bathroom. I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends..
