Haven't been there in several months. Finally, had a chance to stop for lunch. Ordered the Avocado Swiss Grill Chicken Sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. Freshest bread, crispy lettuce, juicy pickles, fresh tomato slices and red onions sliced just right. Oh, and the Honey Mustard, was heavenly. It was everything and more just the way I remembered it to be. Will make it a point to frequent the Varsity Grill again. Even after being gone for so long, Tom remembered my name. It was like visiting family.
First time trying this place today, you'll have to have an appetite to eat here, their burgers are HUGE! You'll get your money's worth their burgers are sooo good! I couldn't finish my fries, the buns makes you want to eat them by themselves!
I ordered the catfish basket, took a bite & asked if I could get something else because it was nasty. The batter was not good & it tasted like grease. The employee told me no, even after I explained & he saw that nothing had been eaten. This same employee thanked everybody whom walked out the building but my party who treated him with the upmost respect even after he wasn't very pleasant to us. Best Burgers in the Dallas Metroplex area. My tastebuds hate it when I visit any other establishment. Keep up the great work.
