in the past our dining outing at "VARSITY" has been quite well, except for the little hiccup from last night. My wife asked for another beverage from the waitress (i'll not name names here) and she seemed to be more interested in another table and it took her quite some time for the waitress to return to our table , at that point she had a smart ass remark as she walked away, after my wife waited for the waitress' service. I've heard of the same issues of this waitress.

Watched all of the NCAA tournaments at the Varsity and you can't go wrong! Tony and his staff are wonderful, the food is great and there are TV's galore!! Friday fish fry, loaded grilled cheese, wedge and sweet potato french fries, the pizza burger, the Varsity burger on a pretzel bun, topped with onion straws with a varsity sauce. This burger has received many great reviews and everyone wants to know Tony's secret! If they don't have the beer you're looking for, don't be shy, ask if they could get it for you for next time. ... read more
