This crew exceeded all the expectations of what good service should be. Especially Chris in the service department. He went above and beyond any other service advisor I had ever seen to make sure my truck was taken care of quickly and to perfection. With an engine replacement under a warranty. Outstanding and I couldn't be happier. Next time I buy a truck it will definitely be through Varney Ford Newport Maine.
Went there to look at a new Ford. Sat and waited for a quote on a trade in. Salesmen were both friendly although one took a long phone call while we were at his desk instead of just calling the long winded potential customer back. Manager tried to lowball us (our car is newer, not a junk heap). He didn’t seem at all interested in making a sale on a car that has been sitting for a year unsold so we walked.
