They got back to me quickly and when I came to test drive the vehicle, they had it washed and waiting. The dealership was very friendly, but not pushy, there was no pressure from them to buy. I did buy the Kia Soul, it was an easy process and quite quick! My only downside is that they never mentioned that the warranty was no longer 100,000, but was 60,000 miles due to I did not buy it new. If first impressions mean anything, these folks have been around since 1969 for a reason. Top notch inventory & no-nonsense customer service. They went over and above my expectations to meet my need.
The owners were informative about the car I was purchasing. They discussed warranty options but were not pushy... we got all of the financing done before we visited the dealer so it was a fairly quick process once we decided that we wanted the car.
