👎👎👎👎 I agree with the last review regarding Jasmin. I have experienced the same issues—she is rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to residents. I’ve also heard many negative comments about her from other tenants, especially those who don’t speak English well and therefore can’t write a review to share their concerns. Based on my experience, I believe the company is at risk of losing clients, which will ultimately harm the leasing office’s reputation. Very Disappointing Experience I would never recommend this lease to anyone. The rent we pay is simply not worth the value. Almost every week, the main gate or the elevator is out of service, causing constant inconvenience. The property manager, Jasmin, does not listen when we need help and has repeatedly shown unprofessional behavior. While I believe this company may have professional staff elsewhere, Jasmin’s rude attitude leaves a very negative impression. I have lived at Vargos for over 17 months just about and it has not been the most pleasant experience. *UPDATE AS OF 08/02/2025* -Smell of marijuana, tidiness and neighbor etiquette continues to worsen, it's never been improved in the time i've lived here. Only gets worse. -Stench of marijuana, no matter the floor. -Stench of marijuana in ALL floors of the parking garage, hallways, and elevator. -Smoking in the stairwells of floors 7-9 of the parking garage.
