Brenda made me feel welcome. Your apts are very luxery and even though I am not a luxurious individual I was humbled by Brenda’s character to treat me as a human in search of an apartment instead of some second class citizen which speaks lovingly about her morals and character. A few months ago the property was in better condition. Today, the parking garage elevator has been out of service for MONTHS. The common areas are dirty, and to top it off, the leasing agents seem to be in a bad mood. The property is very nice, but it has been badly neglected.
If you’re considering moving to Vargos on the Lake, please pay close attention to the safety concerns here. My daughter has lived here for well over seven months and works late-night shifts. Because there is almost never parking available on her level when she gets home, she is constantly forced to park on the seventh floor of the parking garage and walk through the stairwell to get to her apartment on the second floor.
