I've noticed a BIG improvement here since Chris Jordan arrived here. He's very interactive with the residents, keeps us updated on what's going on, takes our suggestions about what could be done better, etc... I feel more comfortable with knowing that he's here.

Great property but managed poorly. I lived in this apartment for a year about 3 years ago and most things were good back then. I was planning on coming back and came to tour the unit and found a roach while I was touring. From other reviews, I realized there might be an infestation. I also found out the elevator have not been working for 6+ month and only 1 elevator works. Garage door is always open so break-ins are usual. I decide to go with another property.
