This was the best hotel! It is very quaint and the staff are super nice!! We will be coming back.
Landed LA about 7am. Picked up rental. Drove to Long Beach. Booking at Queen Mary got lost so we were in LB with no accom back to the car and googled motels / hotels. First few we called were fully booked. (And too bloody expensive) Saw and read reviews for Varden Hotel. Called them. One only room avail that’ll do nicely I thought We checked in. Perfect hotel! Love everything about it. Tracy is a great host. Rooms are so cute and just practical. Glad we chose this hotel over one of the chains! Tracy even took our bags upstairs.
My BFF and I had the best stay at the Varden .Thanks to Tracy and the rest of the staff.
Small rooms but I loved the windows lol and very comfortable. Also very nice and professional staff at front desk.
Had second thoughts when I first seen the place .. We turned back and checked it .. Never judge a book by its cover .. I have had the best stay here , staff are so comforting and so help full with smiles .. I have travelled all around the world and this place I rate it 10/10 all you need and affordable .
I haven't had the chance to stay here yet but I absolutely have it on my list. I have photographed here twice and the lobby is very chic , modern and inviting. The staff is kind and generous.
