We have been working with Varcon for a number of years now and have always had a great experience. Natalie in particular is fantastic to deal with, professional, responsive and always easy to work with. We’ve never had any issues and the whole process is consistently smooth and well managed. We really value our working relationship with Varcon and would have no hesitation recommending them.

We are currently building with Varcon and can't express how happy we have been. We have a whole team looking after us whom have saved us a fortune with value management suggestions and also enhanced our home with their design suggestions. A big shout out to Jim, Aaron, Mark and the amazing Taylor for all you have been doing to deliver us our dream home. Also, forgot to mention they are ahead of schedule as well, which has made my wife very happy!

Varcon group did a wonderful job in constructing two units to lock up stage for me and helped until completion. They are great to deal with and easy communication. I highly recommended them for your next project. Thank you mark for your great help.

We’ve worked with a number of builders over the years, and Varcon truly stands out. Their team is exceptional—genuine attention to detail, clear communication, and have a real commitment to understanding the client’s vision. Highly recommend!

The staff at Varcon are amazing to work with. They listened to everything we needed & were super friendly & professional. My dad had his house built by Varcon almost 40 years ago & it’s still our family home to this day so it was a no-brainer that I would build with them too!
