Unfortunately, we’re quite disappointed with our new off-the-plan townhouse. The finishes are below expectations, and while the tradespeople are quick to blame each other, the issues remain unresolved. We submitted two independent building reports for review, but only a few minor fixes have been made. After spending nearly $10k to finalize our home, we’re worried about potential future problems, especially with plumbing. As first-time buyers, this experience has been very disheartening.

The staff at Varcon are amazing to work with. They listened to everything we needed & were super friendly & professional. My dad had his house built by Varcon almost 40 years ago & it’s still our family home to this day so it was a no-brainer that I would build with them too!

We chose Varcon to build our first home and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the start the team was incredible responsive and collaborative and made the entire process much easier than previous builders we had engaged. Aaron was an excellent site supervisor and was always accommodating and flexible with any and all requests we had during the building process. The end result is a house we couldn’t be happier with. I’d recommend Varcon to anyone looking to build their dream home.
