We are currently building with Varcon and can't express how happy we have been. We have a whole team looking after us whom have saved us a fortune with value management suggestions and also enhanced our home with their design suggestions. A big shout out to Jim, Aaron, Mark and the amazing Taylor for all you have been doing to deliver us our dream home. Also, forgot to mention they are ahead of schedule as well, which has made my wife very happy!

We chose Varcon to build our first home and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the start the team was incredible responsive and collaborative and made the entire process much easier than previous builders we had engaged. Aaron was an excellent site supervisor and was always accommodating and flexible with any and all requests we had during the building process. The end result is a house we couldn’t be happier with. The staff at Varcon are amazing to work with. They listened to everything we needed & were super friendly & professional. My dad had his house built by Varcon almost 40 years ago & it’s still our family home to this day so it was a no-brainer that I would build with them too!
