Thanks Varanese for saving the day! Truely amzing dinner experience. Food, ambiance, music, wine and even... pricing! Any time I am in Louisville (if that ever happen again) I will do my best to come back here. Best goat cheese salad ever (the one with the pistachios). I had quite a rough day but my visit at your place made it all ok. An amazing discovery tonight, thanks again.

We were in Louisville for a quick trip over the weekend. We were looking for unique, delicious food and we found it at Varanese! Our waitress, Megan, was great! Our food was coming out so fast we actually asked her to slow it down a little! Being on vacation, we ordered quite a bit of food and a few drinks. We were pleasantly surprised at the value of the meal for the extremely high quality of food! We look forward to coming back to Louisville just so we can eat here!

My fiance and I went for the first time last night for a date night and it was perfect! The wine we chose was excellent, the service was great, and the food was amazing! We can't wait to come back for another date night. :)
